London Transport Museum is located in the Covent Garden.

The Museum demonstrates development of London's transport from the nineteenth century. The exhibition is divided into several parts spread over three levels.

Among the exhibits will see numerous vintage vehicles including: trolleys, horse trams, famous red double decker buses and trams, which can be seen also from the inside, and which have always been the trademark of London, electric trams, wagons and locomotives, busses, cars including taxis , litters, tractors and bicycles, as well as items related to transport such as bus shelters and bus stops, old maps and timetables.

A large part is a collection are over 23 thousand photographs reflecting the history of public transport from 1860 until the present day. Each picture has a brief description, a date and place where it was shot.

Children will also enjoy the opportunity to impersonate a motorman and thanks to modern simulators they will feel as they would really ride the vehicle.

The museum has a gift shop as well.
